Responsibilities

  • Operate complex, visitor‑facing operations in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Lead managers to high standards, supporting strong daily delivery across service, safety and visitor flow.
  • Provide clarity, emotional intelligence and commercial awareness to ensure daily service excellence.
  • Grow team confidence and capability by leading from the floor and making smart decisions in the moment.

Qualifications

  • Experienced operational leader with proven ability to run complex visitor‑facing operations.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to support strong daily delivery.
  • No formal museum experience or qualifications required; what matters is the ability to lead from the floor and create welcoming environments.
