SSE Renewables is seeking a Head of Operations & Maintenance for Offshore Wind to lead the efficient operation of our offshore wind portfolio. This pivotal role includes managing over 2GW of generation capacity and maximizing performance while ensuring compliance across multi-jurisdictional operations.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience in offshore wind or energy infrastructure, focus on operational excellence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive performance and safety.
The position offers a competitive salary between £101,000 – £151,400 plus benefits in Scotland and flexible working arrangements.
