Job Description
GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER WHO LIKES TO OVERSEE CODE QUALITY

Role is on site and can work from Rochester or Syracuse, NY
In this role, you will be responsible for quality checking applications code through testing, as well as determining if it meets the requirements of the business and the stakeholders.
This is a new role that will determine Verification: Are we building the product right?
AND….Validation: Are we building the right product?
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years’ experience developing top-notch software in a Microsoft environment (.NET, C#, C, Java)
- Must have strong SQL experience
- You will advise code developers on corrections and improvements
- You will create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and automation for all application testing
- This is a highly visible role and requires superb communication skills
