Service Advisor – Polestar & Renault – Leeds
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Leeds team, working with premium brands including Polestar and Renault. This customer-focused role requires you to provide clear guidance and excellent service, helping customers make informed decisions and build lasting relationships.
Essentials (You Must Have)
- Minimum 1 year experience in automotive service or customer-facing motor trade role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales mindset with ability to promote service plans and value-added products
- Organised and proactive with attention to detail
- Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main customer contact throughout the service process
- Provide clear explanations of work required and manufacturer recommendations
- Discuss vehicle health check findings and support informed customer decisions
- Promote service plans and aftersales solutions to enhance customer loyalty
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Manage courtesy cars, bookings and customer communications
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand standards
- Achieve individual and team targets across service and sales metrics
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional service
About You
- Experience in automotive service or customer-facing motor trade role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales awareness with ability to identify customer opportunities
- Highly organised and detail-focused

- Full UK driving licence
