Managing Director – Residential Development

Potensis Selection is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, residential developer operating across the South East. The company has a strong track record of delivering high-quality housing schemes and is entering a new phase of growth. It is now seeking a Managing Director to lead its operations and drive strategic expansion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational functions
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support growth and delivery targets
• Manage financial performance, reporting, and governance (including full P&L responsibility)
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including local authorities and clients
• Lead and mentor senior staff across
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture focused on quality and community impact

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within residential development or construction
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• In-depth understanding of development, and delivery processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel across the South East
• Highly competitive base salary
