Finance & Operations Manager || Belfast || £45-55,000 Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a well-established professional services organisation as they look to appoint a Finance & Operations Manager to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad business support function, encompassing finance, operations, people management and governance. Working closely with the Partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's continued growth, driving operational excellence and providing commercial insight to inform strategic decision-making. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of the firm's financial planning, reporting and control framework, ensuring robust processes and high-quality management information. Managing budgeting, forecasting and cashflow activities, whilst supporting senior stakeholders with commercial analysis and business planning. Partnering with leadership to enhance operational performance, resource planning and overall business effectiveness. Overseeing people-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development initiatives. Maintaining effective governance, risk management and compliance processes across the organisation. About You The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience within a finance and/or operations leadership role, ideally gained within a professional services environment. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret financial information and provide practical business insight. A finance qualification is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills. A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to influence and support decision-making at senior level.
