- 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- Minimum 5 full EC implementation lifecycle deliveries
- Current SAP SF EC certification strongly preferred
- Deep expertise: EC Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Position Management
- Strong integration knowledge: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP Integration Suite
- Experience delivering on SAP Activate methodology programs
- Excellent executive stakeholder communication and sign-off management
