We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join a successful hospitality operation in Central London.

Senior Chef de Partie Brief Duties

  • Take ownership of your section and ensure consistently high standards
  • Prepare and present dishes to specification and quality standards
  • Support the senior kitchen team during service
  • Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and wastage control
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Help train and support junior chefs within the brigade
  • Contribute positively to the day‑to‑day operation of the kitchen

Senior Chef de Partie Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality fresh‑food operation
  • Confidence in running a busy section independently
  • Passion for fresh food and seasonal cooking
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • A team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards
