Key responsibilities include:n• Leading, mentoring, and developing a commercial property teamn• Managing a high-quality caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development workn• Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsn• Driving business development initiatives and supporting wider firm growthn• Playing a central role in shaping the future direction of the departmentnnAbout Youn• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Propertyn• Proven leadership skills, or a senior lawyer ready to step into a leadership rolen• Strong commercial awareness with a track record (or clear potential) in business developmentn• A client following or established referrer network is advantageous but not essentialn• Ambitious and motivated, with a clear desire to progress to PartnershipnnHow to Apply:nnneNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
