Business Performance Coordinator
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week. Salary: £35,327 – £39,252.
Overview
This role coordinates our key business insights, helping senior leaders make informed decisions and track the health of the business. You will sit centrally and assist in compiling accurate reports, tracking improvement activities, monitoring risks, and keeping all stakeholders updated. It is an excellent opportunity to learn about all aspects of a business.
Key Responsibilities
• Compile accurate reports on business performance.• Track improvement activities and monitor progress.• Monitor risks and provide timely updates.• Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of key metrics.
Requirements
- A head for systems.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong report‑writing and organisational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
- Comfortable working with senior colleagues.
- Confidence in taking ownership and using initiative.
