Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Designer with strong creative instincts to support the visual identity and creative output of the Betway brand worldwide. This role is ideal for early‑career creatives eager to grow, learn from experienced talent, and contribute to high‑impact campaigns across sport and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering high‑quality creative across digital, social, campaign and brand channels.
  • Produce visually engaging, on‑brand design work with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support creative ideas and design solutions across campaigns and content.
  • Help with sponsorship and ambassador campaign rollouts.
  • Work across social assets, reactive content and campaign toolkits.
  • Maintain visual consistency and creative standards across markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production and creative teams across multiple regions.
  • Participate in brainstorms, workshops and campaign planning sessions.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, sport culture, social behaviour and emerging creative tools.
  • Learn how AI can support ideation, production and workflow systems.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment and support reactive content around live sport and cultural moments.

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication, and the ability to simplify complex ideas.

  • Experience creating work across digital, social or campaign environments.

  • Passion for sport, entertainment, internet culture and storytelling.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Interest in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma or motion workflows is a bonus.
  • Experience or interest in AI creative tools and workflows for ideation and content production.

Desirable Skills

  • In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets and player behaviour.
  • Previous experience in online gaming, casino industry or related regulations.
  • Understanding of gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Internship, freelance or junior‑level experience within creative teams.
  • Interest in sport, entertainment, lifestyle or culturally driven brands.
  • Understanding of social‑first creative and platform behaviour.
  • Experience with reactive content and live event marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, retouching or post‑production workflows.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile‑first design principles.
  • Curiosity around emerging AI creative technologies and automation systems.
