The Role:
As the #1 Construction Manager, you will oversee on-site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of this major project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site-wide coordination and programme management
- Leadership of site teams and subcontractors
- Health, safety, and quality assurance
- Client and stakeholder liaison
Requirements:
- Senior experience as Construction Manager on large-scale projects
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS Black, First Aid (essential)
