A global insurance firm is looking to expand their team in the UK. Our client is currently looking for Delivery manager with Insurance experience to realize their own vision on how Delivery and Scrum should be done this is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification.

The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating agile development teams within their Business Solutions organisation to operate at their most effective level. You will mentor teams on agile methods, provide transparency on work progress and run Scrum ceremonies to help your teams meet their delivery commitments and goal.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery manager/Scrum Master
- Must have strong experience within the London Market insurance space
- Confidence in your interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience within areas such as claims, operations or underwriting are advantageous
- Must have right to work in the UK
Salary: £80,000 per year + bonus and a wide variety of benefits
