The Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
  • Help students stay focused, motivated, and on task
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
  • Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and approaches
  • Build positive, consistent relationships with students

You’ll be a key part of the classroom, helping students overcome barriers and build confidence.
