People and Culture Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to gain hands‑on experience across a variety of HR functions.
You will support the People, Recruitment, and Learning & Development (L&D) teams with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks while working towards your Level 3 HR qualification via an apprenticeship with Colchester Institute.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting day-to-day HR administration
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication
- Helping maintain employee records and HR systems
- Supporting Learning & Development activities and training administration
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Providing excellent support to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
- Working collaboratively with the HR team on ongoing projects and initiatives
