We’re hiring a ServiceNow HR Developer to join a major Talent Excellence Programme, helping shape the future of HR Service Delivery capabilities across a global organisation.

This is a senior VP-level position where you’ll act as the functional lead for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders to design scalable, user-centric solutions that support HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional and consultative design activities for ServiceNow HRSD
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Produce functional design artefacts and solution recommendations
• Drive platform decisions across HR Hub and talent development capabilities
• Influence governance forums and architectural direction
• Collaborate with programme teams, technical teams, and HR stakeholders
• Ensure design consistency, scalability, and excellent user experience

Required Experience

• Strong ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience
• Proven experience designing and implementing HRSD solutions
• Ability to create functional design documentation and solution blueprints
• Experience engaging senior business stakeholders
• Strong consulting and business analysis capabilities
• Experience influencing governance and solution architecture decisions
• Ability to articulate project outcomes, decisions made, and business value delivered
• Experience within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
• Exposure to Talent Development, HR Hub, Employee Experience, or HR Transformation initiatives
