About you
- Part-qualified (or newly qualified/working towards qualification) accountant status
- GCSE Mathematics and English grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Confident meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ideally experienced in a similar finance role (or starting your first industry step)
What you’ll do
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Code and post journals, including accruals and prepayments
- Complete P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, including variance analysis
- Help with VAT return preparation and year-end/audit support
- Ensure transactions are processed in line with internal controls and company procedures
Nice to Have Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience using manufacturing and/or ERP systems
Other Requirements
- Able to work full time from the Craigavon office
- This is a 14 month fixed-term contract, with potential for permanency
