Preconstruction Project Manager — Bid Leadership

Willmott Dixon is seeking a Project Manager (Preconstruction) to join our team in Weybridge. In this role, you’ll lead the preconstruction bid process, managing partners to develop well-coordinated bids that meet customer expectations. You will work across various sectors, overseeing the design and pricing process, guiding projects from tender to signed contract.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bid management and project management, with strong leadership and communication skills. Accreditation with RICS is advantageous.
