Digital Support Engineer

Salary: £28,000 – 28,000 per year

• You should be comfortable speaking with clients face-to-face and over the phone.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

• Experience in telecoms, MSP, connectivity, networking, broadband, VoIP, or technical support would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• We deploy hardware including routers and Starlink equipment.
• We provision broadband, VoIP, Ethernet, and other connectivity services.
• We support customer onboarding and installations.
• We coordinate orders and delivery activity.
• We carry out site surveys.
• We support customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• We work closely with our sales and technical teams.
