Job Summary

Lead the fraud and forensic strategy, ensuring effective fraud prevention, detection, and investigation aligned to MTN Group standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement fraud strategy and frameworks
• Lead fraud investigations and reporting
• Manage stakeholder relationships (internal & external)
• Oversee fraud risk analytics and controls
• Lead and develop teams

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Degree in Audit, Law, Finance or related
• 7+ years fraud risk experience (4+ at management level)
• Telecom / ICT experience required
• Certifications (CIA, CFE preferred)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
