We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a care package supporting a female client living independently in her own home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her day‑to‑day life while working collaboratively with her family to promote dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. The role involves supporting daily living activities, monitoring her condition, and always ensuring her comfort and safety.
Client Overview
Our client sustained a traumatic brain injury 16 years ago. She is physically capable and independent with personal care but requires support with memory, processing, safety awareness. She thrives on routine, enjoys getting out daily, and values encouragement to stay engaged and active. She experiences regular seizures, managed with reassurance and emergency medication if required.
Qualifications
We are looking for carers with experience in:
- Acquired Brain Injuries
- Medication Administration
Responsibilities
Provide 24‑hour 1:1 support to ensure safety, including prompting daily tasks such as meals, medication, and household activities.
