Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be partnering with a leading professional services firm as they seek to appoint a Finance & Operations Manager to their growing & dynamic team. This is a newly created role within the firm, and this job will oversee the team’s finance, operations, people & governance functions. Lead the firm’s financial management, reporting, & control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance & commercial insight. Support the Partners in delivering the firm’s strategic objectives through robust analysis & commercial insight. Contribute to discussions on resource planning, capacity, profitability & operational effectiveness. Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, performance management & employee development. Maintain internal policies, controls, & procedures that support organisational resilience & effective risk management. Strong financial, commercial, & business acumen with a strong track record in financial reporting & operational effectiveness. Finance qualification desirable. Previous experience in a finance/operations role is essential, preferably within the professional services sector. A competitive starting salary of £45-55,000 per annum.
