Platform Housing is seeking a Team Leader for our Grounds Maintenance team in Market Harborough. In this role, you will lead a team of Operatives to ensure maintenance tasks, such as lawn mowing and hedge cutting, are performed to the highest standards and on time.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance and proven leadership capabilities. A full UK driving licence is required, and you must live within a 30-minute commute of Market Harborough.
