This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong social media operations experience—ideally within a regulated environment to contribute to a high-profile digital transformation and content programme.

The Role

You’ll support the digital and social media activity across corporate and advisor channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn. Working alongside global stakeholders, you will help maintain and enhance the firm’s digital presence within the wealth management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain social media profiles across key channels (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Schedule, publish, and optimise posts using platforms such as Sprinklr
  • Monitor social channels for brand mentions, trends, and potential risks
  • Support the delivery of social media campaigns—content coordination, drafting, and scheduling
  • Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Upload and organise digital assets using AEM, Seismic, or similar content libraries
  • Prepare performance reports and analyse key metrics (KPIs)
  • Work closely with governance teams to ensure full alignment with social media policies
  • Maintain and improve operational procedures for social media workflow
  • Stay on top of emerging digital and social trends relevant to financial services

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2+ years in digital marketing or social media roles
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred)
  • Strong experience with Sprinklr, Hearsay/Yext, AEM, Seismic, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of compliance-led content operations
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder content workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Analytical thinker, able to interpret metrics and contribute to optimisation
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organisational skills

Education

  • Additional qualifications in marketing, communications, finance, or related fields are a bonus
