The Role of a Digital Associate Director
As a Digital Associate Director, you will:
- Advise senior stakeholders on digital strategy, campaigning, and reputation management.
- Lead integrated communications strategies embedding digital into wider campaigns.
- Support crisis, litigation, and issues management by shaping online footprint and search profiles.
- Drive growth by expanding digital workstreams with existing clients.
- Deliver training on SEO, SEM, AI, analytics, and digital trends.
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams to deliver at the highest standards.
- Contribute to new business development, pitches, and thought leadership.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital communications, ideally in PR or corporate communications.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid/organic social, analytics, and web development.
- Understanding of how AI is shaping digital reputation and monitoring.
- Proven experience advising clients on business-critical issues and crises.
- A strong network of media, political, or supplier contacts.
- Experience building and motivating teams, plus delivering training and mentoring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
