Meraki Talent has been exclusively retained to appoint a Corporate Finance Partner for an established, full-service Chartered Accountancy firm expanding its presence in the Manchester market.
This is a genuine build opportunity.
The firm has an established UK footprint with Partners across audit, tax and advisory. Manchester represents a strategic growth region, and this appointment will lead the development of a standalone Corporate Finance offering locally.
The Opportunity
This is a Partner-level leadership role focused on:
- Leading and growing a Corporate Finance function in Manchester
- Delivering buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Transaction advisory and due diligence
- Fundraising and debt advisory
- Valuations and strategic financial modelling
- Building and developing a Corporate Finance team over time
You will sit within the senior leadership group, working closely with existing Partners to shape strategy, drive growth and enhance the firm’s mid-market deal presence.
The remit offers genuine autonomy, this is not inheriting a rigid structure, but building something with backing and support.
Ideal Profile
We are keen to speak with individuals who:
- Are currently operating at Director or Partner level within Corporate Finance
- Have a strong track record in mid-market transactions
- Have experience across buy-side and sell-side M&A
- Are commercially minded with deal origination capability
- Hold an ACA / ACCA / CA qualification
- Have an established network across the North West or broader UK market
Experience across domestic and cross-border transactions is welcomed.
