Workday Programme Manager

Job Details:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM, including US and UK Payroll
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between payroll operations, HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors on all Workday-related initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, issue resolution, and consistent communication to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Programme governance setup and management
• Programme comms where appropriate
