Role Overview
The Life Underwriter will assess and underwrite life and protection cases in line with the company’s underwriting philosophy. You’ll ensure fair and timely decisions, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Underwrite life and protection cases in line with company philosophy

Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ UK life/protection underwriting experience (essential)
- Strong technical skills across protection products
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Clear communication skills for explaining decisions
- Experience dealing with stakeholders across the business (desirable but not essential)
- Customer‑focused mindset and collaborative approach
