The role will work on the following:

• Origination of investments for the firm
• Carrying out an initial appraisal of investments
• Structuring of transactions alongside Directors
• Managing advisors as principal
• Deal execution

Qualifications

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

• VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other funds
• VP leveraged Investment bankers with energy or infrastructure deal exposure
• Energy / Infrastructure deal experience is essential for the role
• DCM/ lending / structured finance/ lending/ credit experience is essential
