Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering support services offered.
  • Being responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations.
  • Representing the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer.
  • Establishing and maintaining contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
  • Working together with people from the business unit under guidance or for exchanging technical information.
  • Handling simple project processes according to detailed guidelines that require little technical knowledge.
  • Handling targeted clients with predefined contracts and a framework of conditions that are set and followed.

Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor’s accreditation from an accredited establishment (or a high school diploma / GED).
  • Have proven experience in Services.
  • Have previous proven experience in a professional customer service role.
  • Have previous system experience in SAP, Oracle, SalesForce would be advantageous.
  • Able to fluently speak and write in English.
  • Have effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills.
