This is a commercial role at its core and you’ll be responsible for sourcing new publishers, managing existing relationships, and driving performance across paid channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams (operations, finance) and represent us externally at industry events and conferences.What you’ll be doingPublisher sourcing & partnershipsIdentify, onboard, and grow relationships with new publishers across priority markets (US, CA, EU, LATAM)Build a strong pipeline of high-quality traffic sources (networks, affiliates, sub affiliates)Negotiate commercial termsAccount management & growthOwn day-to-day relationships with publishers, acting as the main point ofcontactMonitor performance and proactively optimise campaigns (traffic quality,conversion, deal structure)Scale existing partnerships through new opportunities, markets, and productsCampaign & reporting oversightWork closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are set up, tracked, and optimised correctlyReview performance data and provide clear insightsPrepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and external partnersMarket & product feedback loopAct as the voice of publishers internally, sharing feedback, challenges, and opportunitiesHelp shape our paid media offering based on market demand and partner needsIndustry presenceRepresent the company at conferences, events, and meetingsBuild and maintain a strJob requirements2–5+ years experience in iGaming, ideally within affiliate, paid media, or partnershipsStrong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, RevShare, CPL, hybrid)Proven experience working with publishers and affiliates.Commercial mindset, confident negotiating deals and spotting growth opportunitiesComfortable working with data and performance metrics (Tableau, GA4, tracking tools, etc.)Strong communication skills: clear, direct, and partner-focusedAbility to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindsetNice to haveExperience with sweepstakes, social traffic, or emerging paid channelsExisting network of publishers or affiliatesWhat you’ll getHigh ownership role with direct impact on revenue growthExposure to global markets and top-tier partnersOpportunity to shape and scale a growing paid media offeringFast-moving, commercial environment with strong industry presenceOn-siteLondon, United Kingdom•#J-18808-Ljbffr…
