Requirements

  • Proficient IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint or similar systems.
  • General knowledge of quality, health and safety, and environmental standards for business.
  • Background in internal auditing, with experience supporting external audits desirable.
  • Strong communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
  • Own transport and a full driving licence.
  • Experience within apprenticeship, training, or education sectors desirable.
  • Audit or health and safety qualifications desirable.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Maytas or OneFile e-portfolio desirable.
  • Experience supporting accredited standards and certifications desirable.

This is a permanent, full‑time role working 34.5 hours per week on a condensed 4‑day working week, Monday to Thursday, with a hybrid working policy.
