Empowering Support Worker – Community Living, Flexible Hours

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is looking for a Male Support Worker in Henllan, Wales. This role involves helping those with learning disabilities live a fulfilled life. You will support four gentlemen in their everyday decisions, fostering their independence and involvement in the community.

No prior experience is required, as full training will be given. Essential skills include empathy, strong communication, and the ability to document events meaningfully. The role is permanent, offering both part-time and full-time hours.
