Charity Shop Deputy Manager — Lead Sales & Volunteers

St Luke’s Hospice in Sheffield is seeking a motivated Deputy Shop Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy charity shop. This varied role involves maintaining high standards, driving sales, and supporting volunteers, as well as stepping in to lead the shop when necessary.

The ideal candidate will assist in merchandising, stock handling, and cash management while creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. This position is an excellent opportunity to develop retail and leadership skills.
