IT Service Desk Analyst – First-Line Support Pro

Blue Arrow is seeking four IT Service Desk Analysts to provide crucial first-line support in Newtownabbey. The role involves logging incidents and service requests, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues efficiently. Candidates are expected to possess strong communication skills and previous experience in a service desk environment.
