Salary: £45,000 – 50,000 per year
Requirements
- Experience in a data, reporting, BI, or analytics role
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Power BI skills
- Confidence working across multiple datasets
- Experience improving data quality and consistency
- Ability to structure problems and investigate trends
- Ability to translate findings into practical insight
- Ability to communicate insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Commercial curiosity and a proactive mindset
- SQL experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Microsoft Dynamics experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Customer insight experience would be beneficial but is not essential
Responsibilities
- Build and improve trusted Power BI dashboards and reporting used across our business
- Analyse sales, customer, pricing, and operational data
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
- Support customer insight and survey analysis
- Explore how AI tools and emerging technologies can improve reporting, insight, and business processes
- Improve data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy
- Prepare clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders
- Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
