Salary: £45,000 – 50,000 per year

Requirements

  • Experience in a data, reporting, BI, or analytics role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong Power BI skills
  • Confidence working across multiple datasets
  • Experience improving data quality and consistency
  • Ability to structure problems and investigate trends
  • Ability to translate findings into practical insight
  • Ability to communicate insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercial curiosity and a proactive mindset
  • SQL experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Customer insight experience would be beneficial but is not essential

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve trusted Power BI dashboards and reporting used across our business
  • Analyse sales, customer, pricing, and operational data
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
  • Support customer insight and survey analysis
  • Explore how AI tools and emerging technologies can improve reporting, insight, and business processes
  • Improve data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy
  • Prepare clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
