La Vie en Rose is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support clients across Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Cirencester.

Essential Experience Required In:

  • PEG feeding
  • Airway management
  • Diabetes care
  • Autism support
  • Epilepsy

Shifts Available:

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Must have full driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in complex care sector (Learning Disabilities, Peg, Epilepsy)
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
  • Have compassion, empathy and patience
  • Trustworthy, honest and respectful, demonstrating understanding of self‑centred care
  • Treat others with dignity and respect
  • Help vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
  • Assist patients with grooming and personal hygiene
  • Administer medication and feed via a PEG
  • Monitor clients’ health and wellbeing
  • Maintain and update reports
  • Complete daily tasks such as light housekeeping
  • Support social interaction
  • Support other team members in emergency situations
  • Available to use Digital Social Care Record (DSCR)
