We run one of London’s most exciting gaming bars. Late nights, competitive tournaments, themed events, and a crowd that genuinely loves being here. We’re growing fast — and we need someone who can own the full commercial picture
You’ll own the entire marketing function. Digital marketing, strategy, paid ads, partnerships, brand, sales and PR — all yours. This is a role with real ownership and real accountability.
Your #1 job: bring in new guests. Everything else supports that.
What you’ll own
Customer acquisition: paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), influencer collabs, local partnerships, whatever works. Social Media Manager reports directly to you
Campaign strategy: events, themed nights, slow periods, all planned and executed properly
PR & Partnerships: press coverage, media relationships, brand collabs that open new audiences; getting the venue talked about in the right places
Sales: group bookings, corporate events, tournament packages
You’re probably a fit if:
— 3–5 years in marketing/sales/media, ideally hospitality, nightlife or entertainment
— You’ve run paid campaigns and can actually read a dashboard
— You think in revenue, not just reach
— You know how London moves
What you get
£40,000 base
Quarterly bonus tied to footfall and bookings KPIs (up to + £10,000 annual)
