Guest Experience Team Member — Flexible Evenings & Weekends

Team Member Responsibilities

• Belief in the power of people and ensuring today is a good day.
• Passionate and kind while ensuring all guests leave having had the best of times.
• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Attend to guests during part‑time (16hrs) shifts, available evenings, weekends and holidays; commute to Bluewater by car or bus.

Pay and Hours

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour.
• Hours: 8:00am to 10:00pm, flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
