Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed software and outsourced services group supporting major UK businesses with mission-critical payroll, HR, and expense tools. Strong product, real revenue, and a leadership team with a clear plan for where this goes next.

The role

As an SDR you’ll own signal-based outbound prospecting to build and qualify pipeline for a small, high-performing sales team. You’ll run your own console, work to a target of 12 SQLs a month, and aim to qualify leads within 3-4 days of first contact.

This is a proper career-starter sales role. Somewhere that teaches you how modern signal-based prospecting actually works, gives you real numbers to put on your CV, and sets you up to make AE faster than most.

You’ll thrive here if:
