Description
An Interim HR Change Lead to:
– Support an organisation through a period of change: trade union consultations, redundancies, restructure, redeployment and consultations
– Utilise ER and employment law knowledge to identify legal or ER implications and mitigate risk
– Provide support to stakeholders during a period of change with clear communication
– Develop and implement structural proposals
– Deliver consultations processes
– Support new ways of working
– Develop FAQ’s where necessary
Profile
An Interim HR Change Lead with:
– Previous trade union consultation experience
– Strong stakeholder management experience
– Previous organisational change experience
