Job Description:
The NHS is seeking a Community Support Worker to join the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Exeter. This role focuses on providing intensive community-based support as an alternative to hospital admissions.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care for individuals experiencing mental health crises. A valid transport access is necessary due to frequent travel across Devon.
Qualifications include NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience in mental health settings.
