M&E Construction Manager – Central London
We are currently partnering with Major Tier One M&E Contractors delivering some of London’s most prestigious commercial and residential new-build projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced M&E Construction Manager to join our expanding teams.
With major schemes across Central London, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead large-scale, technically complex developments from pre-construction through to handover.
Projects Include:
• Commercial office developments
• High-end residential new builds
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of M&E packages on major construction projects
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on programme
• Oversee site coordination, quality, and health & safety compliance
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes
• Drive projects from tender stage through to completion and final handover
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 4 or Level 6 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience delivering M&E packages on major construction projects
• Strong track record working on Central London developments
• Experience managing teams and coordinating across multiple disciplines
• Strong understanding of site delivery, programme management, and M&E coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Location: Central London
Salary: £60,000-£75,000 (depending on experience)
