Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed specialty grade doctor to join our multi‑disciplinary team in The Kershaw Unit, Gartnavel; and to support out‑patient clinics in the community in Glasgow HSCP.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700
Responsibilities
- Support the multidisciplinary team including medical, nursing, social care, psychology, occupational therapy, dietetics and pharmacy.
- Provide clinical care to drug and alcohol users in the Kershaw Unit, including inpatient care, and support community clinics.
- Collaborate with consultant and MDT support and utilise CPD resources.
Qualifications
- Full GMC registration and licence to practice.
- At least four years full‑time postgraduate training (or equivalent) with at least two years in a specialty training programme or a specialty registrar locum appointment for training (LAT), or equivalent training, experience or competencies in the UK or overseas.
