We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our property. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tidy property, including parking lot, trash bins, and landscaped areas.
• Pick up litter, empty trash cans, and remove debris from the grounds.
• Monitor for any safety hazards and report or address them as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., hosing down areas, changing trash liners, light cleaning).
• Assist with snow removal or de‑icing in winter months (as needed).
• Support the management.

Requirements

• Driver’s license required.
• Must be reliable and able to work independently.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance is a plus, but not required.
