The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About The Role
- Help customers and put them at ease by listening, answering questions, giving great advice, recommending items, and simply offering a basket.
- Get to know in‑store offers and schemes and promote them.
- Assist in keeping the store running smoothly: displaying products, replenishing stock, ensuring shop floor readiness.
- Work with team members to provide a great shopping experience, keeping the store clean and presentable.
- Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
What You’ll Need To Have
- Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
- Communicate and listen effectively.
- Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic.
- Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
- Desire to be a proud brand ambassador, helping customers find the best products.
- Have 5 years of unbroken references to obtain an airside pass. References must be day specific. There must not be any unaccounted periods between each of the reference dates of more than 28 days.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service (not essential).
