Content Designer / Senior UX Writer

Job Title: Content Designer III (UX Writer)

Duration: 12 months Contract

Location: London

Hybrid: 2/3 days a week onsite

Client: Global travel technology company.

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Content Designer to lead content design initiatives across key product areas. You will create clear, user-focused content experiences and help shape how content works across complex digital products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, scalable, and human-centered product experiences.

• Write clear, concise product content for apps and web (UI copy, flows, error states)
• Design and improve content structures and information architecture
• Use research, insights, and data to inform content decisions
• Run and support content testing (A/B testing, usability testing)
• Identify and resolve content issues (“content bugs”)
• Ensure content meets accessibility, readability, and localization standards

Partner with:

• Product Managers
• Designers (XD)
• Researchers
• Legal & Marketing teams
• Contribute to design systems and content guidelines
• Present and explain content decisions to stakeholders and leadership
• Design content that is scalable (modular, reusable, automation-ready)
• 5+ years experience in UX Writing / Content Design
• Strong portfolio (must include product work, flows, thinking)
• Experience writing for digital products (apps/web platforms)
• Solid understanding of:
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience using research, data, or testing to improve content

• Experience with mobile apps (iOS / Android)
• Experience in marketplace / travel / e-commerce platforms
