The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic Europe finance team. This pivotal role reports directly to the Regional Financial Controller for EMEA and is based at our UK Corporate Head Office in Warrington.

The position suits a qualified accountant with management accounting and audit experience, or someone looking to transition from audit into a commercially focused finance role. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of financial responsibilities across our European operations, working in a fast‑paced, international environment with excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Role Requirements

  • Oversee the production of accurate monthly accounts for the Europe Business.
  • Ensure appropriate financial close procedures are in place, including account reconciliations and a full review of P&L including overheads.
  • Manage Europe cash flow and provide regular, accurate forecasts to the Group treasury team.
  • Oversee all transactional workflows such as supplier payments, billing & credit control and payroll.
  • Manage a small team including Management Accountants, Billing & Credit Control, and Accounts Payable.
  • Produce statutory accounts and liaise with auditors for the audit of the various European entities.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required.

Ideally You Will Possess The Following Skills And Experience

  • ACA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
  • Audit background preferred.
  • Experience leading a finance team, including developing key team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage change projects.
  • Analytical mind with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of output.
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of professional services business an advantage.
