General Cleaner – Worksop Summary We’re looking for a General Cleaner with the practical skills and eye for detail to keep clumber park and our facilities in excellent condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit. You’ll work 15 hours per week across three days. Your shifts will be flexible and will include weekends and bank holidays. You’ll need a full UK driving licence, as you’ll be driving to offices and facilities in various places around the park, using an estate vehicle. For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role. What it’s like to work here You’ll join a small and friendly, but extremely busy team with a large area to cover. You’ll be working in a team of nine and on occasion you could be lone working. Due to Clumber Park being in a rural area, please think about how you’d be able to get here for work, before you apply for this job. There is an expectation that you’ll, when required, provide cover for other campsites within the area and expenses for travel to these sites will be covered. What you’ll be doing You’ll be helping with the day-to-day cleaning and presentation of the National Trust’s facilities and buildings. Duties such as cleaning toilets, sweeping and mopping floors and litter-picking, both inside and outdoors, form a core part of this role.
