Insolvency Administrator

Overview

A respected and growing insolvency and business advisory firm located in Central London is looking to recruit a Insolvency Administrator to join its collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with existing insolvency experience to broaden their exposure to a mixed caseload and progress within a supportive, specialist environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insolvency assignments, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, IVAs and Bankruptcy cases
• Draft reports, statutory documents, and correspondence
• Liaise with creditors, debtors, directors, and other stakeholders
• Assist with investigations, asset realisations, and case progression
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal procedures
• Support more senior staff on complex or high-profile cases as required

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in insolvency or business recovery (corporate or personal)
• Comfortable managing cases with supervision
• Good working knowledge of insolvency procedures and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CPI qualification is desirable but not essential – study support available on a case by case basis
